Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. Each user’s reset date depends on their activation date rather than the calendar month. After choosing a monthly subscription, check your cycle details in the user panel instead of assuming the reset occurs at the end of the month.

Do data packs reset every month?

No. Data packs remain valid until used and never expire, making them suitable for irregular usage or users who want to keep unused data long term. Never-expiring validity refers to the data’s validity period; it does not automatically replenish the allowance. Once the purchased allowance is used, choose a new plan.

How is a mid-cycle monthly subscription upgrade calculated?

When you upgrade mid-cycle, the plan price difference is converted into remaining days. Check the current plan, remaining period, and available options in the user panel before proceeding. Estimating by a full month is not recommended, as it may lead to misunderstandings about the resulting cycle.
