Privacy & Data Management

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains what data ijvpn processes when providing cross-border network acceleration subscriptions, why it is processed, how it is retained, and how users can manage or delete it. Using the service means the user has read and understood these data practices.

Data Collection and Processing Purposes

Creating an ijvpn account requires no email address; a username and password are enough. The username identifies the account, links subscription status and completes sign-in verification. Authentication credentials are used to confirm access rights. Users should keep account information secure and avoid sharing credentials with others.

When purchasing a subscription or traffic package, the service retains order records needed for fulfillment, including the selected item, payment status, transaction result identifier, activation status and necessary accounting records. This information is used to deliver the service, look up orders, handle disputes, verify refund requests and meet necessary financial and compliance obligations.

The website may process basic access analytics, such as page visits, referring pages, browser type, device category, language preference and approximate region. These results help verify that pages work properly, improve navigation and investigate abnormal traffic; they are not used to build profiles of the specific websites users visit.

No-Logs Position and Network Data

ijvpn does not record which websites users access through international routes, or retain webpage content, search content, message bodies or historical records that could reconstruct specific browsing activity. The service does not maintain connection logs for the purpose of continuously tracking an individual’s network activity.

To complete identity verification, calculate traffic allowances, schedule routes and resolve service faults, the system may temporarily process necessary technical information during operation. This processing is limited to what is required to provide subscription services and is not used to analyze the content users access. When users voluntarily submit diagnostic information, the materials are used only for the related issue and are deleted or de-identified after the purpose is complete.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel may use Cookies or browser local storage to save sign-in status, language preferences, interface settings and information required for a session. These data keep account sessions active, restore user choices and reduce repeated actions. Some storage items are necessary for sign-in and normal operation of the user panel.

Users can clear Cookies and local storage through browser settings. After clearing them, sign-in status, language preferences or some interface settings may need to be confirmed again. Restricting necessary storage may prevent account verification, plan management or access to client downloads from working properly.

Orders and Third-Party Payments

ijvpn supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment processing is completed through the third-party payment channel selected by the user or the relevant network, and its data practices are also governed by that channel’s rules. The service typically receives payment completion status, the related order reference and a transaction result identifier to confirm activation and handle after-sales matters.

Information users submit directly to a third party on its payment page is processed by that channel. ijvpn does not collect complete account information held by third-party channels for the purpose of creating its own payment profiles. If a payment channel requires additional verification, users should read that channel’s privacy notice before deciding whether to continue.

Data Retention, Deletion and Security Management

Account information is generally retained while the account remains active. Order and transaction result records are kept for as long as needed to fulfill subscriptions, process refunds or disputes and meet necessary accounting requirements. Access analytics are retained only as long as needed for analysis and security purposes, after which they are deleted, aggregated or de-identified.

Users can submit account data access or deletion requests through the support ticket entry in the user panel. To prevent someone else from acting on their behalf, the service first verifies the request’s connection to the account. After verification, data no longer needed will be deleted, or its use will be restricted when accounting, dispute handling or necessary compliance requirements apply; records that cannot be deleted directly will be handled when the relevant retention purpose ends.

The service uses access controls and account permission management measures appropriate to the nature of the data. Users should also use a unique password and submit a support ticket through the user panel promptly if they notice unusual account activity.

Policy Updates and Scope

This policy applies to data processing related to ijvpn marketing pages, the user panel and subscription services. External websites, applications and third-party payment channels have their own privacy rules and are outside this policy’s control.

When service processes, data uses or applicable rules change, this page will update the policy content and the last-updated month shown at the top. Important changes to data practices will be communicated in an appropriate manner. Before continuing to use the service, users can review this page again to understand the currently applicable rules.
