LEGAL TERMS
Terms of Use
Last updated: August 2026
These terms apply to anyone who visits the ijvpn website, creates an account, purchases a subscription, or uses its cross-border network acceleration services. Using the service means that the user has read and agrees to follow these terms. If not, the relevant services should not be used.
Service Scope and Applicability
ijvpn provides network acceleration subscriptions through international routes, covering 90+ countries / 200+ routes and supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The service is intended to improve lawful cross-border access, access to international websites, remote collaboration, and network application connectivity.
Routes, exit regions, and client compatibility may change according to network conditions, maintenance schedules, and available resources. A subscription does not guarantee access to any third-party website, application, content, or account. Regional policies, account rules, content licensing, and technical changes for third-party services are determined by those providers. Users should choose routes according to their actual needs and confirm the target service’s terms of use.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route connections, and other activity under their accounts. If credentials are exposed or unusual activity is detected, users should change their passwords promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
Subscriptions support simultaneous use on an unlimited number of devices, but are intended only for the account holder’s normal use and management. Users may not sell, rent, or transfer subscriptions, publish subscription information, share accounts with unspecified third parties, or use the service for commercial resale. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain valid until used and never expire.
Users should obtain clients and subscription information through the official user panel. Connection issues, traffic consumption, or account risks caused by modifying configurations, using incompatible software, publishing subscription information, or allowing third parties to manage the service are the user’s responsibility.
Lawful Use Requirements
When using ijvpn, users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and where the service is used, as well as the rules of the websites, applications, and online platforms they access. The service must not be used for unlawful activity, infringement of others’ legitimate rights, interference with network infrastructure, distribution of malicious programs, unauthorized system access, bulk abuse of network resources, or similar conduct.
Users must not affect the normal operation of routes, servers, the user panel, or other users through automated requests, malicious scanning, attack testing, or other abnormal methods. For activities that may threaten service security, resource order, or third-party rights, ijvpn may take necessary measures such as restricting connections, suspending subscriptions, or requiring the user to stop the relevant conduct.
Service Availability and Liability
ijvpn maintains the service based on available technical conditions. Cross-border connections may be affected by local networks, carrier routing, device environments, target service policies, regional network changes, and necessary maintenance. Connection results may therefore vary by region, time, route, and application.
Some routes or user panel features may be temporarily adjusted for scheduled maintenance or urgent security work. Maintenance information that can be confirmed in advance will be posted on the website or user panel. Users should save important configurations and select a suitable route again when network conditions change.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not liable beyond the limits required by law for losses caused by changes to third-party services, user device failures, incorrect configurations, inadequate protection of account credentials, network interruptions beyond reasonable control, or other factors not reasonably controlled by ijvpn. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Suspension, Termination, and Changes
Users may stop using the service and manage existing subscriptions through the user panel. If an account involves unlawful use, subscription resale, public credential sharing, interference with service operation, infringement of third-party rights, or continued violations of these terms, ijvpn may, depending on the impact, issue a warning, restrict, suspend, or terminate the service. Where circumstances permit, relevant details will be provided through the user panel.
ijvpn may update these terms due to legal requirements, service structure, route resources, or feature changes. Important changes will be announced on the website or user panel and will apply from the stated update date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If the user does not accept them, the service should no longer be used.
For refund conditions and the application process, please see the Refund Policy, which explains that a full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 60 days of the first payment.
